"I don't believe in the kind of magic in my books.
But I do believe something very magical can happen when you read a good book."
~ J.K. Rowling

In 7th Grade ELA, we study a variety of topics in literature, and writing.  We focus on improving critical thinking skills.  Some of these activities are completed in the classroom, and others are home assignments.

Even though we read novels and other literature in class, please encourage your child to read on his or her own.

We use Google Classroom for many assignments.  If you are a parent/guardian of a student in this class and would like to receive regular e-mails via Google Classroom about your student's work, please contact me.  Thank you!
